The purpose of this research is to analyze the range of electronic services provided by the state institutions and to assess the level of their sophistication. Special emphasis is given to the extent to which the services most frequently used by citizens and businesses are available electronically, with particular reference to the need to reduce physical contact in the current period of the COVID-19 virus pandemic. The survey was conducted in the period March - April 2020.
