As part of this project, an analysis is made of the establishment, organization and work of the central institution for planning, coordination, implementation and supervision of the implementation of training programs, training and further training of administrative staff in the Republic of Macedonia. The Public Administration Reform Strategy (2018-2022) envisages investments in training and professional development in public administration. The analysis consists of two parts. The first part is a comparative analysis of the existing forms of training and professional development in 9 countries in Europe, while the second part is an analysis of the domestic legal framework, specific opportunities and current constraints under positive law in the Republic of Macedonia and the existing institutional framework.
