This report focuses mainly on the area of ​​service delivery by municipalities to the citizens, summarizing the data, findings and recommendations obtained by the citizens organizations in an integrated document. The report presents the summarized findings for the manner of delivery of services by the municipalities and gives recommendations on how the municipalities may improve certain aspects in the quality of services offered to citizens. The data contained in this report are the result of surveillance conducted in the period from August to December 2017. They apply to all eight regions in country: northeastern, eastern, southwestern, southeastern, Pelagonija, Polog, Vardar and Skopje region.
