Business sessions and interviews with women who want to establish business and women entrepreneurs who have already established their micro-enterprise in the Polog region, previously identified by the Project. Interviews and sessions aim to define what kind of training needs they have and what skills need to be acquired and improved. Interviews are also held with the presence of a consulting house chosen for the realization of the identified needs of the participants.
