To protect the health of citizens, more electronic services are needed. But in order for citizens to start using electronic services en masse, they need to be unified, simple and accessible in one place.
The current crisis could put pressure on institutions to digitize processes, force officials to apply the new way of working, and make citizens accustomed to and learn to use electronic services. Now it turns out that most processes do not require direct communication with users, but that the administration can be both invisible and more efficient.
