Center for change management  and  Zenith Association are currently organizing a workshop on the topic "Active Citizens for Better Public Services". The workshop is being held for the Network of CSOs for improvement of public services, established within the project "Citizen-centric approach to delivery of public services"Several topics related to public services were covered, including the legal bases for delivery, the different types of public services, the European trends for digitalisation of public services, and the key reform processes in the field of public services provided in the Strategy for Public Public Reform administration 2018-2022.
