The Center for Change Management participated in a study visit to the Parliament of Estonia, within a delegation of representatives of the Assembly of the Republic of Northern Macedonia. The visit was made in the period from 27-28 October 2019.

The purpose of the visit was to gain experience from one of the most advanced countries in the field of digitalization, with a focus on the reforms in the digitization of the Estonian Parliament, including: the e-Parliament system, the Parliament's open data portal, the Parliament's website, document management system, e-petition system, etc.

The study visit was organized in the framework of the Parliamentary Support Project, implemented by NDI Macedonia in partnership with the Center for Change Management and the Institute for Democracy Societas Civilis, and funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation.
