The workshop was attended by project coordinators and heads of organizations (part of the sub- granting scheme).  “Network 23” has been working on the strategy plan through defining the vision, mission and values, problem analysis (as chapters 23 and 24 of the Acquis communautaire/ EU acquis), analysis of evidence, key issues and dilemmas in sectors where “Network 23” will be acting. In addition, the following was defined;  key actors and partners (institutions, NGOs, businesses), other external users that are affected by the actions and decisions of “Network 23” and likewise, as well as developing a Code of conduct for “Network 23” which will determine the manner of functioning of “Network 23”.

As an advantage, at the workshop presenter from the association ADI - Gostivar on behalf of the USAID program on anti – corruption had his own appearance and presentation of the findings.

At the workshop EPI, CCM and Helsinki Committee presented the internet platform and tool MERC, which will provide better insight of the progress  (as chapters 23 and 24 of the Acquis communautaire) , in other words the design, future solution, platform users, plan and dynamics of work that will help participants (grantees) in realization of future activities.
