The Center for change management and the Ministry of information society and administration have started with the 2nd training for the regulatory impact assessment (RIA), one of the components in the project “Support for the process of reforms in the public administration”.

In the focus of the two-day long training in the Hotel “Gardenia” in Veles are the tools for implementing the RIA and all of the coordinators for the regulatory impact assessment from a number of ministries are in attendance.

The regulatory impact assessment is the third component in the project “Support for the process of reforms in the public administration”, financed by the British Embassy in Skopje.

The goa of this project is to support the process of reforms in the key state institutions, in the framework of the strategy for reforms in the public administration and in accordance with the principles of the good governance.

The return of the trust in the institutions will be done through the strengthening of their transparency and accountability and the implementation of the system of open data, as well as through improvement of the processes of strategic planning and monitoring of the government policies.

This project also aims to strengthen the principles of HR management in the administration, based on the principles of merit and to provide inclusiveness and predictability of the legislation.
