On August 25, 2023, the CCM team continued with the workshops to improve the provisions of the Rules of Procedure of the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia.

At the workshop, which was facilitated by the executive director of the CCM Neda Maleska Sachmaroska and the program coordinator of the CCM Iskra Belcheva Ristovska, a series of proposed solutions for improving the Rules of Procedure of the Government were developed based on the problem analysis made at the previous workshop.

The proposed solutions were aimed at strengthening the efficiency of the Government's operations, transparency and accountability. For the purposes of the process of advancing the Rules of Procedure, CCM prepared a comparative analysis of the ways of editing the Rules of Procedure of the Governments in several European countries as well as a comparative analysis of the ways of regulating the start-up planning, which were presented by the project coordinator in CCM Nada Dimitrievska.

The workshop was attended by representatives from the General Secretariat who proactively worked on the formulation of the provisions of the Rules of Procedure of the Government, according to their many years of professional experience in the institution.

In the next period, CCM will continue holding workshops for thorough, qualitative and systematic improvement of the Rules of Procedure of the Government.

The workshop was organized within the framework of the project "Reinventing Governance“ which is implemented by the CCM in cooperation with the Government and with the support of the British Embassy in Skopje.
