- Local CSO’s are competent in the field of good governance and SIGMA’s principles of public administration on national and local level, able to participate in policy dialog and to monitor public policies;
- Monitoring reports on implementation of streamlined SIGMA’s principles of public administration prepared based on profound and evidence based policy research;
- CSO’s are skilled to communicate, engage with and to advocate/influence decision makers to address the identified gaps on introducing the good governance model by LSGs, fostering transparent, accountable and service oriented public administration.
