This handbook provides useful mentoring guidelines, emphasizing the notion, types of mentoring, mentoring and mentoring roles and the need for their mutual cooperation, implementation stages, formalization of mentoring, and of course the exceptional benefits of mentoring to develop work competencies. At the end of the Handbook, the ethical principles in mentoring were moved. Mentoring is a professional relationship between the mentor and the mentee, which aims to improve general and special work competencies by providing support and transferring knowledge, skills and experience from one person to another. The benefits of mentoring are multifaceted. In addition to the two sides, the mentor and the mentee, in addition to the institution itself, where these people come from, has a significant benefit.
