As part of the campaign "November - Month of Public Service Discussions", the Center for Change Management sends an open invitation to the public to participate in the online discussions that will take place during the month of November, starting from 09.11.2020 (Monday) on the platform ZOOM.

The discussions are part of the program "Improved service delivery for citizens by active engagement of the Assembly" funded by the European Union and co-financed by Civica Mobilitas and are the result of monitoring the delivery of public services to citizens. The Center for Change Management and partner organizations researched the access to public services in several municipalities in the country, identified the most common problems and deviations from the prescribed rules in practice, and based on the findings prepared recommendations for improvement. At the upcoming online discussions, researchers will share their recommendations with the public, and all interested parties are invited to provide additional suggestions and considerations, which in turn will be the basis for creating better policies to modernize services.
