Within the project "Support to the Public Administration Reform Process", the Center for Change Management held a working meeting with representatives from the Ministry of Information Society and Administration (MISA), the Agency for Administration and the State Administrative Inspectorate.

This working meeting was dedicated to intensifying the activities for improvement of the procedures for assessment of the impact of the regulation.

The event, which took place in the premises of the MPs' Club, was attended by representatives of the SIGMA mission and the focus of interest was the laws on administrative staff and public sector employees and their compliance with other substantive laws of the relevant ministries.

The participants in the meeting were presented the legal analysis of the compliance of laws in the field of public administration and public services in several key sectors.

Working groups were also formed to review the areas of matter regulated by the two laws and to detect key problem points and offer possible solutions to overcome them.
