On 17.10.2022 the Center for Change Management (CCM), together with the National Federation of Farmers (NFF), organized the conference entitled "Challenges of women in rural areas and their commitments" under the auspices of the wife of the President of the State Mrs. Elizabeth Gjorgievska.

The conference was organized within the project "Measures to strengthen women's businesses after Covid-19", financially supported by USAID North Macedonia and The Balkan Trust for Democracy.

The speakers at the conference were women from rural areas who directly conveyed the challenges that women face as well as the measures that should be taken to improve their socio-economic position in society.
