On July 15 and 16, 2022, CUP organized a final event to mark the end of the project  "Women power measures against Covid-19 consequences", which was composed of three parts.

The first part was a conference that was opened by the wife of the President of the RSM, Mrs. Elizabeta Gjorgievska, the Executive Director of the CUP, Mrs. Neda Maleska Sachmaroska, the project coordinator in the CCM, Ms. Jasna Pajkovska, the representative of the USAID North Macedonia office. Mr. James Stain and the Mayor of Ohrid Municipality, Mr. Kiril Petsakov. Within the framework of the conference, two panel discussions were organized, one of which is on the topic of "presentation of project results" and the other on the topic of "proposal policies for the development of female entrepreneurship". Within the panels, female entrepreneurs participating in the mentoring program will have the opportunity to share their experiences.

After the end of the conference part, the second part of the final event followed - a bazaar of women artisans on the main square in Ohird. Visitors to the bazaar saw the unique products of the 30 women artisans who exhibited their works through which they bring culture, tradition and art back to life.

The third part of the final event of the project was the reception at the residence of the President of RNM in Ohrid on July 16, 2022. The CCM team together with the women artisans who exhibited at the bazaar were received by the President of the State, Mr. Stevo Pendarovski and his wife, Mrs. Elisabeta Gjorgievska. The participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with the unique residence and talk with the President of the country.

The Center for Change Management (CCM) marks the end of the project with this event, but continues to work on the support and promotion of female entrepreneurship.
