In the period from May 31 to June 1, 2022, the first session of the mentoring program for strengthening the capacities of the Commission for Prevention and Protection against Discrimination (CPPD) organized by the Center for Change Management (CCM) was held.

The CCPD commissioners met with Jarlath Kearney (Northern Ireland Equality Commissioner) which led the session of the mentorship program. 

The purpose of the mentoring program is to familiarize CPPD members with the model of organization and competencies of the Equality Body in Northern Ireland and their good practice in investigating discrimination cases. The challenges, solutions and strategic approach to developing the institution that ensures equality in our country were also discussed.

The mentoring program is organized within the project "Fight against discrimination through the support of the CPPD" supported by the British Embassy in Skopje.
