This was the first of the planned workshops. Aside from the presentation of the grantees, presentation of the prepared Methodology for monitoring and evaluation was shared as well as best regional experiences. The workshop focused on strengthening civil society capacity for monitoring and evaluation of policies in Chapter 23; Judiciary and Fundamental Rights. At the workshop a practical example for monitoring and evaluation of the policies of Chapter 23rd was shown besides practical knowledge on the use of appropriate techniques, methods and tools for monitoring and evaluation of public policies. 

The workshop was participatory. Within the workshop, expertise from the field and co-presenters of the project collaborators shared their experiences; European Institute Foundation from Bulgaria; Institute Alternative Montenegro and European Policy Center - CEP Serbia.
