The aim of this project is enhancing capacities of civil society organizations (CSO) in endorsing open local government policies for effective participation in the development, decision making, creating public opinion and monitoring of the policies at national and local level. The general and specific objectives of the project are in line with EU grant scheme: Enhancing civil society involvement in creating public opinion, policy and decision making at national and local level. 

The project started with the implementation and partner in the implementation of Center for Change Management (CCM) is Center for Sustainable Development (Alka).
