Date: 15.11.2022

The Assembly is starting the third periodical self-assessment of its own work based on the European standards for excellence in work, and in accordance with the Common Assessment Framework (CAF).

This standard is the result of the cooperation between the ministers of the member states of the European Union in charge of improving the administrative capacities, it is inspired by the Model of the European Foundation for excellence in quality management. In this way, the Assembly also joins the initiatives and standards of the European Union for the modernization of public services.

The goal of this process is the constant improvement of the work of the Assembly through the evaluation of the work, in which both successes and progress are identified, as well as weaknesses that need to be overcome. Based on this assessment, in which the employees of the parliamentary service are actively involved, ways are being sought to improve the effectiveness and efficiency in the operation of the parliamentary service and the Parliament in general.
