The Center for Change Management (CCM) was part of a meeting with representatives of civil society organizations organized by the Ministry of Defense, relevant to defense and security and public policy making and accountability.

With this arrangement, the Ministry of Defense launches a process of consultative dialogue with stakeholders to implement the current process of defense and security reform as a basis for using all resources in public policy making. According to the Ministry of Defense, our society has a necessary need for a constructive atmosphere for important issues that determine the security and stability of our country and the region.
