On 30.11.2022 and 01.12.202, at the premises of the Commission for Prevention and Protection from Discrimination (CPPD), a mentoring session was held to support and build the capacities of the members and the service of KSZD, with Mr. Jarlath Kearney, Commissioner in the Commission for Equality in Northern Ireland.

This two-day event discussed the real challenges of the CPPD and how to overcome them and shared expertise and good practice from the work of equality bodies in the UK.

The program envisages mentoring of the representatives of CPPD in the direction of improving their organizational functionality and effectiveness, improving the strategic approach in the performance of their functions and competences, proactive role of the Commission, enhanced cooperation, cooperation and communication with state institutions and the public.

The mentoring program is organized within the framework of the project "Fight against discrimination through the support of the Commission for Prevention and Protection from Discrimination", supported by the Embassy of the United Kingdom in Skopje.
