Социјалното претприемништво е посебна форма на претприемништво во која се интегрираат економски и социјални цели, тоа претставува иновативен модел за решавање на социјалните и еколошките предизвици и за зајакнување на инклузивниот раст.

Следи интервју со Олгерта Идризи која својата бизнис идеја ја темели на вредностите за социјално претприемништво.

1. Me ç’farë lloj biznesi planifikoni të merreni?

Ideja ime e biznesit eshte ndertimi i nje qendre sociale per tu ardhur ne ndihme moshes se trete. Qendra jone do te ofroj akomodim, ushqim dhe sherbime mjekesore, por jo vetem. Do te qendrojme prane kesaj moshe duke e mbushur jeten e tyre me gezim, nepermjet organizimit te eventeve me qellimin kryesor: “Te ndjehen si ne shtepine e tyre!”.

 2.     Sa dhe në çfarë mënyre bashkpunimi ndërkufitar me Shqipëri/RMV, do tju mundësoj në zhvillimin e biznesit tuaj?

Do te isha shum e lumtur nese do te perfitoja nga eksperienca e RMV ne kete sherbim qe une pres te ofroj. Gjithashtu jam e hapur per cfardo menyre bashkepunimin.

3.     Për cilat arsye jeni paraqitur për takimet e biznesit që po zhvillohen në kuadër të projektit "Zhvillimi i mikro-ndërmarrjeve të grave në zonën ndërkufitare"? Sa ju ndihmuan trajnimet në zhvillimin e biznes idesë tuaj dhe si do ta implementoni atë në praktikë?

Arsyeja pse une isha pjese e ketyre takimeve te biznesit, ishte per te fituar sa me shume  njohuri ne lidhje me menaxhimin e nje biznesi duke perfituar sa me shume nga eksperienca e trajnuesve te cilet ishin njerez te sukseshem ne fushen e biznesit. Plani qe une kisha ne mendjen time tashme pas trajnimeve qe realizuam u be me konkret duke u zbatuar ne nje plan te mirefilllte biznesi. Tashme I kam me te qarta idete e mia, di me mire se cfare me pret, cilat jane pikat e forta qe une kam dhe sigurisht edhe sfidat qe me presin ne vazhdim.

1. What kind of business do you plan to do?
   My business idea is to build a social center to help the elderly. Our center will provide accommodation, food and medical services, but not only that. The goal is to be close to these people, fulfilling their lives with joy, offering them content and events with the main motto of the homes: "Let's feel at home!"
   2. To what extent and in what way will cross-border cooperation with Albania / RSM allow you to develop your business?
   I am very happy if I can use the experience I gained in RSM and creating the business plan, I can't wait to offer this service. I am also open to any kind of cooperation.
   3. Why did you want to be part of the business planning training, how much did it help you develop your business idea and how will you put it into practice?
   I wanted to be part of these trainings to gain as much business management knowledge as possible and to use the experience of trainers who were successful people in the business field. The plan I had in mind immediately after the training we conducted was made more specific by implementing it in an appropriate business plan. Now I have clear ideas, I know better what to expect, what are the strengths I have and of course the challenges that await me in the future.
