The presentation was held before the employees of the municipality and allowed a discussion between them and representatives of the civil society sector, the way of work, weakness and strengths of the current way which municipalities communicate with citizens.

The current situation is presented on the web-sites of the municipalities, analysis of the needs of the citizens and comparative experiences which can be implemented. The first presentation was held at the municipality of Kumanovo which representatives from the civil society as the employees form the municipalities were present.
