On 23.05.2019, the Center for Change Management as part of the FISCAST Network, within the project "My Money, My Responsibility": Participatory Budgeting in the Municipalities, at the Faculty of Economics in Skopje, held a Public Debate on "Me and the Municipality Budget, make your voice to be heard ”, attended by eminent professors from the Faculty of Economics in Skopje and students who are familiar with the subject. The purpose of the event is to improve the practice and participation of all citizens in the process of local budgeting and to increase the efficiency of spending municipal money.
