Yesterday, within the project "Combatting discrimination through effective work of the Commission for Prevention and Protection against Discrimination" in the premises of the Commission for Prevention and protection against discrimination, the second part of the workshop dedicated to the process of preparation of the Functional analysis was held. This workshop is part of the overall process for conducting Functional Analysis. The final FA will enable the identification of the challenges from the organizational and functional aspect in the institution and will enable the development of concrete measures to improve the fulfillment of the goals and tasks of the institution in order to fulfill its responsibilities and easier planning of the organizational structure of the CPPD.

This workshop and the entire process for conducting functional analysis are within the Project - "Combatting discrimination through effective work of the Commission for Prevention and Protection against Discrimination", funded by the Government of the United Kingdom through the British Embassy Skopje, implemented by CCM.
