Министерот во владата на република Македонија, Дамјан Манчевски и амбасадорот на Обединетото Кралство на Велика Британија и Северна Ирска, Чарлс Гарет, потпишаа денеска меморандум за соработка со кој започнува имплементација на проектот “Поддршка на процесот на реформа на јавната администрација”, кој ќе го спроведува Министерството за информатичко општество и администрација во соработка со Центарот за управување со промени.

Според амбасадорот Гарет, државната администрација која е во служба на граѓаните игра важна улога за една стабилна и силна демократија, а Британија може да го сподели своето богато искуство во оваа област.

The Minister in the government of the Republic of Macedonia, Damjan Manchevski and the ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Charles Garret, today signed the memorandum for cooperation, which marks the start of the implementation of the project “Support for the process of reforms in the public administration”, which will be implemented by the Ministry for information society and administration in cooperation with the Center for Change Management.

According to the ambassador Garret, the public administration which is in the service of the citizens plays an important role for any stable and strong democracy and Britain can share its big experience in this area.

Minister Manchevski stated that this is a significant assistance and a project which will be of great help for undertaking a functional analyses of the administration and a horizontal coordination for much improved strategic planning for all of the institutions.

The project for support of the reforms in the public administration will enable a significant progress to be made in a number of areas, such as: strategic planning and implementing public policies, management of human resources, improvement of the legal framework and open data.

The value of the project is 248 000 british pounds
