An online workshop on strategic planning at the Parliamentary Budget Office was held on 22 and 23 April. At the workshop we worked on the form, tools for preparation and setting of priorities, goals and indicators of the strategic plan as well as relevant documents for its preparation, coordination of the strategic plan with the policies and work plans of the institutions.

The workshop was held within the Parliamentary Support Program funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, and is implemented by the National Democratic Institute NDI, the Center for Change Management and the Institute for Democracy Societas Civilis Skopje.
