The workshop for reviewing the Law on Senior Management Service and the relevant bylaws organized by the Ministry of Information Society and Administration and the Center for Change Management, financially supported by the British Embassy in Skopje.

Promoting the Law on Senior Management and discussing the theses of the bylaws was the main objective of the workshop held from 13-15 May. The workshop was attended by administrative staff with knowledge and experience in the field of legislation, human resources management experts and senior administrative staff. The workshop was also attended by SIGMA experts who helped draft the Law on Senior Management.

The workshop was led by Neda Maleska Sachmaroska, CEO of CCM, and Gery Reffo, a consultant with years of experience in human resources management in the UK administration, as well as part of a team that has repeatedly selected senior executives in the UK.
