On February 1, 2023, in the premises of the Assembly of the Republic of North Macedonia, the CCM team in cooperation with the working group of the Assembly held the third meeting in the process of implementing the CAF model.

At this workshop, the "leadership" criterion was discussed and processed, and together with the Parliament's working group, we identified the weak and strong sides of the institution in the area of this criterion.

The CAF model is implemented within the framework of the Parliamentary Support Program (PSP) implemented by the National Democratic Institute, the Center for Change Management and the Societas Civilis Democracy Institute. The project is financially supported by the Swiss Embassy in Skopje.
