Implementation of a mentoring program within the project "Bridging the Gaps between Multinational Companies and Domestic SMEs". Costal Macedonia as a mentor of some of the domestic companies implements mentoring by introducing the mentored companies into the business processes, identifying the needs for upgrading the capacities of the domestic companies, as well as considering opportunities for mutual cooperation.
