What should employees in the public administration know and do?

What are the basic principles of the administration in the modern democracies? What are the legal instruments for the protection of some of the rights of the employees in the public administration? How can the public administration employee protect his or her rights? Which are the main problems or current challenges facing the employees in the public administration?

These are just some of the questions that the publication, issued by the Center for change management, “What should employees in the public administration know and do?” is seeking to answer.

The publication includes the main principles essential for the work of the public administration in the modern political systems, the existing legal procedures as well as a number of examples from everyday practice. The publication is analyzing the opportunities for protection of some of the rights of the employees in the public administration such as: the chances for an employment, opportunities for advancement and professional development, mobility as well as the protection from mobbing in the workplace.
