Within the project "Combatting discrimination through effective work of CPPD", funded by the Government of the United Kingdom with the support of the British Embassy Skopje, a two-day workshop was conducted to prepare the Strategic Plan of the Commission, which is necesarry all public sector institutions to have in accordance with the principle of good governance. We have identified the vision and mission of the Commission, made an analysis of evidence and key issues in the sectors in which the Comission  operate, prepared a SWOT analysis and determined the goals and activities.

CCM through the project, will guide and support the Commission through the process of setting strategic priorities for the implementation of legal responsibilities, acting as a professional institution dedicated to protecting the rights of citizens and strengthening the capacity to perform the function and improve accountability to citizens.
