On March 14, 2023, a workshop was held in the premises of the RSM Assembly to process the "Processes" criterion as part of the criteria of the CAF model for evaluating the work of the institution.

At the workshop, the working group of the Assembly identified the strengths and weaknesses in the operation and determined specific proposed measures to improve the processes in the operation of the institution's service, with the ultimate goal of strengthening the work of the Assembly.

The CAF model is implemented within the framework of the "Parliamentary Support Program" project implemented by NDI North Macedonia, the Institute for Democracy Societas Civilis and the Center for Change Management (CCM).
