The subject of research and analysis in this report are the appointed and elected persons in the Republic of Macedonia, as well as the institutions in which they are elected. In the recognized 1,334 institutions, in this report, in accordance with the status and type of the institution, the type and manner of selection of all places that are filled in through selection or appointment, from the President to the members of the school boards in the primary schools. In addition, the various institutional forms in which the governing bodies are filled through elections or appointments in the Republic of Macedonia will be presented. The subject of this report will be the trade companies and joint stock companies whose founder and sole owner is the state, ie the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, as well as the joint stock companies in which the Government of the Republic of Macedonia has shares.
