The Internet as a medium is increasingly gaining priority among citizens in the way of obtaining information, as a result of which citizens expect to receive digital information and services from public sector institutions. The indicators are an integral part of the Standards for e-transparency of local self-government units, as part of the project "Citizen in the first place".
