The report is the result of the monitoring and analysis carried out by the CUP, in cooperation with the Cabinet of the Deputy Prime Minister in charge of good governance policies and the Agency for the Protection of the Right to Free Access to Public Information. The report identifies challenges in the implementation of legal obligations, but also the application of specific measures and activities related to access to public information, provides recommendations for improving the transparency, responsibility and accountability of institutions, but at the same time encourages citizens, the civil sector , the academic community, the private sector and all other stakeholders in society, to actively seek and use the institutions' data for the needs of their field of work and to contribute to the creation of better policies that will lead to progress in all social spheres.
