The Common Assessment Framework (CAF) is a model for full quality management in public sector organizations developed by the European Institute of Public Administration. The program is designed for individuals who have experience in implementing the CAF model and who can support other institutions in implementing the CAF model.

The goal of the program is for participants to gain advanced knowledge of the CAF model, including training skills, in order to be prepared to conduct training for the introduction of the CAF model on their own.
