We are completing the process of implementation of the CAF model for quality management in the Assembly of the Republic of Northern Macedonia. On March 5 and 6, 2020, we organized a workshop for prioritization of the proposed improvement measures with representatives of all organizational units of the Assembly. The purpose of this process is to improve the organization and work of the Assembly by involving employees in identifying areas for improvement and measures that will be implemented over a period of 2 years.
The implementation of the CAF model takes place within the Parliamentary Support Program implemented by the National Democratic Institute, the Center for Change Management and the Societas Civilis Institute for Democracy. The CAF (Common Assessment Framework) is a European model for quality management in public sector institutions.
