As part of the project "Improving the organizational structure of the Patronage Service", a project supported by UNICEF and implemented by the Center for Change Management, a working meeting was held to conduct functional analysis in the Patronage Service.

This working meeting was attended by representatives of the municipal units that operate within the Health Center Skopje as well as the Health Center Zeleznicar in the area of ​​polyvalent patronage activity. This event is organized in order to see the organizational and working capacities and the functionality of the patronage activity on the territory of the city of Skopje in order to prepare the Functional analysis.
