This brochure provides general information for citizens, and they refer to the course of administrative proceedings, with particular emphasis on the right to appeal and the right to sue. The text will also provide basic information on the costs of administrative proceedings as particularly important for the realization of one of the basic principles of administrative justice, and that is - access to justice. Finally, general information will be provided to the State Administrative Inspectorate and the Ombudsman as important mechanisms for protecting the rights of citizens in relations with the administration.
