The current system of social protection and social insurance in R. Macedonia is an expression of inadequate balance between the huge number of dissatisfied social needs of the population and the limited institutional, human and financial capacities of the system. Having in mind these conditions, the analysis further aims to reflect the perceptions of citizens about some of the rights and services of social protection and social insurance, in order to intercept them through a more comprehensive and effective social policy. Under this report, the focus of the analysis is only on active programs and employment measures.
