The legal manual that is being made available to you is the product of a successful project cross-border, which through its activities, approaches the needs of women in initiatives and business ventures, creating a spirit of collaboration and exchange experience between their groups from Northern Macedonia and Albania. The Legal Manual was drafted and published as an immediate need, to offer more practical legal and administrative information in the interest of women in business, which during the project, expressed the need to be provided with a simple guide and legally useful, to further develop their ventures in their respective fields. This document is a synthesis of commercial, fiscal, customs and banking legislation in the Republic of Albania, in which many are summarized and described information and utility procedures for the business, aimed at readers be as informed, clear and aware as possible of the importance of their business operations in relation to applicable law.
