This measure is oriented to change in the existing penalty policy related to micro-enterprises, where the women-owned businesses do belong in more than 99% of cases. It is related to empowerment of taxes, but also empowerment of rules and procedures in management and administration of the business. The policy brief is coming into view for the Republic of North Macedonia specifically, but can apply in Republic of Albania to some extent, depending on different inspections and controls. In any case the strengthening of the education element of the inspection and controls can be equally implemented in both countries.
