The main logic in this proposed measure is related to the overcoming of the tradition in both countries that is not going in favor for women and girls to start-up business, neither is supporting females in doing business in general. Therefore, the policy brief proposes a specific procedure for evaluation with a given priority (higher scores) of proposals on behalf of females and providing funding for women to establish a business and company. This measure for the moment is not active in both counties.
