The policy discussion enabled an intense debate of the women group with policy makers, academics, businesswomen, heads of chambers of commerce and industry, diaspora businessmen, women NGOs and journalists.

Active participation and discussion was provided between the participants of the event, especially regarding the exchange of personal experiences related to the real policies for improving the business climate in Albania and Northern Macedonia.
