Through the analysis of several urgent cases on the exercise of civil and political right to protest, this policy document highlights the cooperation of underdeveloped civic activity and unconscious civic identity in the Republic of Macedonia, emphasizing the need for a series of policies aimed at recognition and development. of those crucial weak points of social life, and we point to some experiences, ways, and methods as applicable political potential. For the civic political course of the Macedonian multicultural society, an inclusive civic identity is necessary, but for its creation it is not enough to establish only the formal characteristics of the democratic institutional framework, but necessary targeted measures for its nurturing and promotion that are absent in the Republic of Macedonia. proposed in this policy document.
