Center for Change Management hires an assistant / PR person to run social media, prepare campaigns and organize the office work.
Key job responsibilities:
planning and organization of appropriate PR activities for visibility of the organization and project results;
preparation of promotional campaigns and PR strategies on social media;
creating effective messages about project results and achievements, which will be send to a wider audience and specific target groups;
work on social media (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) and maintenance of CCM website, daily reporting on all activities inside and outside the projects implemented by CCM;
preparation of mail campaigns and their sharing through the organization's databases;
providing administrative, logistical - technical support to the executive office and the whole team in organizing events and trainings within the projects;
preparation of project materials, applications, as well as translations into / from English;
communication with all relevant institutions that CCM cooperates, as well as with project partners and associates;
organization, presentation and cooperation with the media and the general public;
planning, monitoring, implementation, coordination and execution of tasks related to the provision of appropriate equipment, inventory, mail and telecommunications in order to complete the work responsibilities related to the implementation of the organization's projects;
participation in some of the project activities and preparation of project reports if necessary.
Qualifications and work experience
High education in the field of marketing, PR, management and related fields;
Knowledge and experience in PR and communications;
4+ years work experience in project work and knowledge of project cycle;
4+ years of work experience in the same or similar job position;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint);
Excellent knowledge and use of social media (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram);
Excellent knowledge of English (speak and write);
Strong organizational skills as well as a flexible approach to work;
Ability to work under pressure and with short deadlines.
As an advantage will be considered:
Experience in working in a similar position in the Civil Sector;
Experience in archive work;
The position is provided with full flexible working hours 8.30 / 9.30 - 16.30 / 17.30, with a NET monthly fee of 25,000 denars and all paid contributions as part of the employment.

Implementation phases (preliminary time frame)
It is necessary to deliver the services at the request of the client, and no later than December 2020.
CUP reserves the right to determine the time frame for the delivery of the ordered services by the supplier.
Procurement is indivisible.
