Programme goals

The most valuable resource in an organization / institution is people. Starting from this, the way human potential is managed is a key issue on which the efficiency and effectiveness of the company depends.

The purpose of human resource management training is to enable the acquisition of knowledge about the system, processes and tools for human management. At the same time, the training will strengthen interpersonal skills for effective human resource management and provide tools for providing, developing, activating and maintaining human resources in your organization / institution / company.

Contribution towards development of knowledge, skills and competences

At the end of the training the participants will:

  • Know how to analyze and develop a strategic human resource management system
  • Know how to use the methods and techniques of recruiting, selecting and integrating new employees
  • Have practical experience:
  • Kmow how to make a transparent selection and interview system
  • Know how to organize an initial meeting to establish and determine the goals and expectations of new employees
  • Know how to organize a meeting to monitor the progress of the operation
  • preparation and / or revision of the system for assessing the work achievements of staff
  • Preparation and / or revision of a reward system
  • Learn how to monitor, evaluate and reward the performance of employees in the company and plan their further development

  • Staff planning and development (analysis of the needs for professional development, development of a training plan and other types of professional development, assessment and application of the knowledge from the professional development)
