Programme goals

The goal of the program is for participants to recognize human resource management standards as a set of good practices derived from managing the most valuable asset available to organizations - people and their potential.

Contribution towards development of knowledge, skills and competences

At the end of the training the participants:

  • Mentoring, introductory training and interview and exit interview
